With the right guidance and encouragement we are able to design a brighter future and walk confidently towards it. It can be the gateway to self-confidence, love, success, health, and a part of your everyday life.
It is within everyone's capability to adjust their own perspective and with the help of life coaching learn to open their mind.
The initial meeting is a two-way workshop to recognise and build a rapport between you and I. We will identify your current challenges and look for a way forward.
This meeting will be build on honesty, trust and authenticity. It is about understanding who you are and where your journey has taken you. However the purpose is not to look back, but to identify where the way forward for you is. Together, we look forward and work to set realistic goals.
If this meeting is successful then we will move forward on your journey.
After the initial meeting, we shall commence your journey together.
We will unpick the issues and develop the emotional toolkit to help you.
Although I will work with you, you will challenge and reflect upon certain ideas. I am not an instructor, but a guide providing the tools, techniques and support a person needs to do something for themselves and enhance their life.
Of course each person is unique and each issue is unique.
We will meet regularly to work on your journey with the intention to make, meet and achieve your own personal goals. Together we can identify the way forward.
We will work together to see how I can help you to help yourself, but there may be occasions where I feel you would benefit from also working with an outside / third party organisation. On these occasions I can refer and support you with this Journey.
