Jennie's Journey
I have lived and worked in Portsmouth for the past 48 years, where I have helped and supported the local community in various ways.
Throughout my career as a Nurse, a Lecturer, and Director of a Charity for a diverse group of vunerable children and adults - I have focused on not only caring for people but also empowering individuals. Whatever your circumstances are it is not just about surviving - it's about finding strength to overcome your challenge and continue your unique journey.
Safe Sharing Space
I have cultivated a safe haven for meeting with you and sharing your journey. It is a calm, peaceful space to talk and create your positive journey.
My Practice is located in Southsea, where I welcome new and existing clients.
Due to current Government restrictions, I am able to offer online sessions, once restrictions are eased you will have the option to meet with me face to face or continue with sessions online, depending on your preference.

Working with a Life Coach to cope with a challenging emotional situation requires a professional, trusting relationship. Based on privacy and empathy, we will develop an open understanding between each other. Good things will flow from there.
